talking heads

These are just a few character models I've been working on for a recent client. It's been great having the freedom to go off and create whatever comes to mind. I've just barely scratched the surface of the infinte amount of possibilities that could come out of this. They've even asked me to go as off the wall as I can. It's going to be a fun on-going project.

Anyhoo, it's been close to a month since Jenn and I got married and it still trips me out to call her my wife. I have a wife. Me. Me who still has to check out what's new in the toy section at Target and who just bought 4 cartons of ice cream in a weeks time. Trippy. But hey, I draw cartoons for a living. So life is just peachy.

i'm so glad you are enjoying your wedded bliss! That is so wonderful! These characters are unique and so well done. This is not easy to do so I think they are outstanding and even though each person is different they share a common thread! very cool!!!

hey man. i was psyched to see that you have a blog now, but it tripped me out reading it and how it sounded so damn familiar. My wife and I were born and raised in the bay and moved down to LA too. we got married just last july, but i still find myself slippin and almost calling her my girlfriend/fiancee. the way i see it, its kinda like the new year thing. you get all used to writing 2005 and them BAM! it's 2006. no worries though, you will get used to it. take it easy. oh yeah, you have to hit up the "fancy" targets (with Starbucks inside. wwhhaaat?) because their toy selection is way bigger...
